House Restaurant, Ardmore

Set atop the dramatic Ardmore Cliffs, House Restaurant is an oceanfront recess famous for its exceptional dining and unparalleled services. Founded in 2008, House Restaurant is the recipient of numerous awards and accolades, the most prominent being a MICHELIN star first awarded in 2010, a prestigious legacy that has been retained annually.

Chef Patron Tony Parkin took over in October 2022, and imbued House Restaurant's menu with a unique international flair. House Restaurant believes that making great food begins with fantastic ingredients. Their goal is to take influence from indigenous culture and support local fishermen and farmers, pairing regional produce with global techniques.

Bar Restaurant, Ardmore

Nestled in Cliff House Hotel, Bar Restaurant is a fine dining outlet, offering a myriad of sumptuous seasonal spreads, with a specific emphasis on seafood. Open on all seven days of the week for lunch, dinner, and snacks, this nautically themed restaurant unites a fabulous ambience with a delicious locally inspired menu. 

Mill Restaurant, Celbridge 

Mill Restaurant epitomises quintessential country classic dining with a hearty seasonal menu curated by Chef Sean Smith. Retaining a distinct otherworldly charm, this eatery offers midweek and weekend lunches and dinners, along with Afternoon Teas on Saturdays. Vaulted double-height ceilings and period-styled décor create a warm, inviting ambience. Set against a cascading waterfall, this venue combines natural splendour with modern convenience. 

The Pantry at CLIFF 

Spread across two idyllic locations, The Pantry at CLIFF is an artisanal café selling a delectable selection of house-made goodies. The Pantry at Trellis, located within the grounds of Cliff at Lyons, serves artisanal coffees, hearty sandwiches, tantalising empanadas, and delicious desserts. The Pantry at Stables Café situated within Mount Congreve Gardens, Kilmeaden, Waterford offers locally-fuelled cooked-to-order breakfasts, fresh lunches, and freshly baked desserts.
